Final Conclusions of the Last Project - Miguel Carazo Mayoral

Let’s make a reflection about all the projects that we have been showed during this last week...

Starting with Amigos del Football, they talked about inclusive schools, something very important nowadays, because there are many disabilities which make difficult to access to school. We must respect each others and as teachers we have to develop in children different values, such as respect, solidarity… We also should consider the family participating in education, they can help us a lot sometimes.

Unknowns had also this issue, and they showed us a video from Padre Piquer’s school, they wanted to build that school in a conflictive zone, where people with few resources can’t afford being educated. They have students from many different countries, which are taught in cooperative learning, participation, multitasking… They work also as in the university, based in projects.
And the other school they showed us was Sadako School, where they used technology a lot, and where they learn by practicing. But the most important thing is that they teach the children to be kind people.

Modern Students talked about how to live together in the school, or how to coexist. They divided their work in different parts, they talked about meditation for example, which is a way of both preventing and solving problems in which children are involved, such as bullying, exclusion… We as teachers should pay attention to every detail, and comment it with the families so that they can take part on it.
They put a video where the mates helped each other between them, showing that respect is very important, and we have to teach children how to solve problems in a respectful way.
Then they used a book, where using a metaphor of the archaeology, they show 3 steps, the first one is to research and find the problem; then investigate it, causes, parts involved, relations… and finally the solution.

Now it’s the turn of Wanderlust, who talked about social and emotional learning, and how important it is, so that maybe it should be another subject. I agree with them, because we need to know what do we feel, and be capable of talking about it, and reflect about it. Talking again about the family, this would be a good moment to make a combined class in which both the family and the students could learn about feelings and how to treat them. This group also talked about the multiple intelligences (H. Gartner) studied in Psychology, focusing in the intrapersonal which is the one related with your feelings and emotions. Also the interpersonal is important because if we develop both of them we can learn how to show our feelings, how to understand the others, and overall how to work in a cooperative way by making groups, so that in the end we are social beings.

Musical Chairs, they couldn’t present their topic in class, but the post they made clarified everything. They talked about “Community learning” which is a way of making every part of our educational environment being connected, matching this way teachers, students, family, etc. But they must cooperate, collaborate and communicate correctly in order to succeed. As we have said in previous works, the teacher is more like a tool or a guide, who tries to lead the students in the right path, so both children and teachers have knowledge, and they exchange the things they know in order to know more. The teacher uses part of his knowledge to make them feel motivated to create new knowledge. Also by sharing different experiences, and real cases, children learn values, which are not explained in the books, and which are learn in real life lessons, they need to learn to respect everyone, to accept diversity as a good aspect…
Using this methodology learning will be enjoyable and children will want to know more.

Now we are going to talk about Team Perk, who talked about “ICT and improvement school” this is a new methodology which is in favour of new technologies, such as tablets, mobile phones, computers, apps… They want to adapt to this new era, where children are born with an iPad under their arm. So we don’t have to be afraid of them, we must learn how to use it, and learn how can we use them to make our lessons better. This is also good to fight against exclusion, because new technologies can help us in the social area, but always being careful and showing children how to use them in properly.
So they showed something we all know, which is that technology is coming whether we want or not, and that this opens a whole new world of possibilities when trying to create new different methodologies.

Dumbledore teachers’ army talked about leadership, although it was supposed to be an interesting presentation, they didn’t have enough time to complete it, so we summed it up with two main questions:

-       Why is important leadership for schools? Well it is important because we have always need someone or something to follow in order to imitate his or her behaviour, or simply because we want. In the educational context I think that a leader is needed in order to have a role model, but we have to careful as a teacher, because the existence of a leader doesn’t mean that he is untouchable, he needs to know that maybe he has become the leader because of some details as organisation, hard work…
-       What are the characteristics of a good leader? I think a good leader needs to be a good speaker, he must know how to express orally and how to keep his ideas clear. But also he has to be a role model in matter of organisation, of being kind, he has to be confident, so you can trust him. And something very important too, he would never give up, I would expect from him to be a good fighter, till the end.

And finally Crónicas Viajeras, my group. We talked about ICT and learning disabilities, which is a way of showing how important is the technology and how many problems has it solved in education. We talked about Down’s syndrome, autism and some motor disabilities. From the beginning we wanted to express that maybe “for us technology is a way of making life easier, but for people with disabilities makes it possible.” We wanted to find an impressive video but as we found many important stories we couldn’t forget them and we made a mix of everyone. Most of the people think about technology and education and only see digital blackboards, iPads, computers, but there is a big world behind that curtain. We have platforms which have been created in order to surpass difficulties, such as the ones which some illnesses can cause. For example, we found some apps which are used to help autist people to identify their emotions, and learn to express them. At first I didn’t get the meaning of the app, but as soon as I started to read the difficulties they have I realised of how important is this.

This kind of advances make possible not to divide a classroom only because for some people it is more difficult to follow the class, so for us as teachers it’s been a great project and we have learned a lot.

So, to conclude this post, I want to say that in this whole semester we have learned a lot, specially with the long research projects because they have helped us to know more about the reality in which we live, and also how to deal with it and how to surpass the difficulties that we can run off with in our work.

WHAT I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT THE LATEST PROJECTS - Elvira Astola Parejo.

AMIGOS DEL FOOTBALL:

They talked about inclusive schools. They started the presentation giving us a clear definition and the main characteristics so we could understand everything better.

Later they made a difference between inclusiveness and integration; it is so common to confuse both terms because they are very similar but, we talk about integration when someone have a disability and he/she needs to integrate in the society; and we talk about inclusion when the society changes and it adapts to the people necessities.

They also talked about four important authors (Gordon Porter, Tony Booth, Mel Ainscow and Gerardo Echeita) and their thoughts about the schools who introduce this technique. There are a lot of vantages in this type of method but there are also a lot of disadvantages and barriers like for example policies, diversity and didactics but to solve them someone have created strategies like creating inclusive culture, producing inclusive policies or evolving inclusive practices.

Finally they show us two videos of examples of those schools here in Spain so we could watch the method. The videos where so interesting and clear.

In conclusion, they talked about the importance of an inclusive school where everyone have the same opportunities and feel as comfortable as the others. And also the importance of the methodology they use, where all the works are in groups but they also work alone; after all the effort, they have a diary assembly to talk about the progress of each pupil.

THE UNKNOWNS:

They talked about the same topic so the summary would be almost the same.
Apart of all the information that I talked about, I would like to emphasise on a point they talked about, the general ideas. They talked about it so clear and it is also so clear in the presentation: ‘’Inclusive education is presented as a right of all children.’’, ‘’Inclusive school linked to multicultural education.’’ and ‘’the inclusion is a single system for all and assumes that learning objectives are flexible.’’

In my opinion, inclusive schools are so important and we have to try to change our nowadays schools because the benefits are greater.

DUMBLEDORE TEACHERS ARMY:

‘’WHY IT IS IMPORTANT LEADERSHIP IN SCHOOLS?’’

In my opinion, leadership is an important fact in schools because we always need someone to make decisions and not all the people have that confidence to decide.

‘’WHAT ARE THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS THAT A LEADER SHOULD HAVE?’’

A good leader should have some important skills like being innovative, trust, recognize, being clear, accountable, self-awareness, astute and being decisive.
With this aspects, we will find leaders in school working as businessman, organizer and institutional expert.
‘‘- As businessman: the leader has to take care that the environment don't affect to the pupils and teachers and also he has to take care about the development of the children and the school as an institution.’’
‘’- As an organizer: has to bring qualify teachers, creative concepts and institutional methods that will define the quality of the education following a reform plan. They also motivate children, teachers, parents and the hole community to participate in the school and in education.’’
‘’- As an institutional expert: they have to stablish information based on expert communities that make all peolple responsable of pupil learning and school develop.’’

talked about learning communities. They gave us a definition about those communities which are formed by a mix of teachers, students and volunteers who want to work on it, and all of them have to collaborate and cooperate to get the objectives.

MUSICAL CHAIRS:

They divided the relationship topic into three points; the first one is the relationship between students and teachers where they talked about the importance of the help but also the help of the parents because they are the people who (normally) have more knowledge so they can help and share their ideas with the students. And also they are so important in the motivation of the pupil, they are the ones who can make he or she being super motivated so they have to try it.
Then, the relationship between students and volunteers where the volunteers help depending on the experience they have so they talk about it and make it funnier and more enjoyable. And the third one, the relationship between volunteers and teachers which is so important because they are the ones helping the pupils.

In conclusion, they talked about learning in communities but also about the importance of helping other people. For that they add the fact of having a good relationship between everyone because as we all know, it is better if you work with someone that you feel comfortable with.

WANDERLUST TEAM:

They made the project about Social and emotional learning; they basically talked about this two feeling in relation with school. They started the presentation making an introduction of the actual situation on schools and also talking about some examples of school were emotions are so important. Then, they talked about an author, Rafael Bisquerra, who is so relevant because he talks about the importance of the feelings, he thinks working on that point at schools is as important as a normal subject like language or biology.

Finally they show us some videos where we saw schools that work this type of things and also appears some teachers and specialists talking about the situation and about the importance of the topic; they apply some different methodologies so the pupils take in account that the feelings matter and it is good to feel different and to share it with the people they love and also it is good to know how to control their own feelings.

This last point was related with the multiple intelligences that we have studied a lot this term so they made a relation between all the points and it was so good because it helped us to understand everything better.

TEAM PERK:

They talked about ITC and improvement schools; they started the presentation talking about ITC in nowadays school and also about the advantages like for example the fact that it makes the class funnier and better and motivate the children to participate and being attentive to what it is happening and the disadvantages like the prices of this material and the digital divide that it is a big problem nowadays and we have to make an effort to solve it so everyone in schools work in the same conditions.

Later they emphasises on the importance of some pages and apps and the advantages that they have, like, for example, pages where you can find useful information or the fact that you can contact with someone in the other side of the world. And, referring to the apps, they talked about the interesting ones in relation with the school and the subjects; those apps that helps you to have new knowledge and learn new things, at the same time that you develop some important skills.

MODERN STUDENTS

Made their work about ‘ways of living together in school’ where they first talked about the actual problems like bullying, violence or exclusion; then about the ways you can solve them like for example some strategies like showing and teaching important values to live together and respect everyone; and make it by group mediation where teachers, pupils and employed – non teaching stuff should collaborate.

Then they talked about the program to support peers where the main objectives are the improvement of coexistence and the idea is to finish with the bullying, the foster collaboration or encourage the direct participation.

The keys for this program are to share responsibilities so everyone helps to solve them and it could be easier; so, if those steps are followed, we would find incredible results.

The next point they talked about was a book ‘’the archeology of feelings’’ of an specialist, Miguel Angel Santos where he talk about finding and discovering you own feelings in five steps (discovery, excavation, indagation, protection and exposure.)

And, finally, they talked about ‘Kiva international school’ wich is located in Finland and their program is basically based on educate the children, promoting ‘anti-bullying’ classes and a lot of wonderful values.

MY OWN WORK

Our topic was ‘ITC and learning disabilities’’. It was so interesting, I really loved doing this project because I get a lot of information about people’s disabilities and the importance, advantages and results of using new technologies in class.

We focused on the three disabilities that you can see on our conceptual map; we also put the technologies they use and the results they get.

Even if it doesn’t appear in the conceptual map, we also talked about other disabilities like hyperactivity or difficulties with the concentration.

Finally, as all my classmates, we put a video of the topic; as we talked about different things, we decided to search for different videos and make a new one where all of them were mixed. It was a great idea because we cut the important parts and I wasn’t boring.

Finally I would like to add some comments; the first one is that I haven’t emphasise a lot on the videos of my partners because if I do I would repeat myself a lot but all of them were so clear and represented exactly the topic they were talking about.

And the second and last thing I would like to say is that all the works were so good, I thinks all my classmates and I have done a nice work and put so much effort on it. And also I would like to repeat myself saying that I have learned a lot with this project and It was so useful and easy doing it, we worked on time and because of that the results were so positive.

FINAL PROJECTS, AMAYA RETUERTA MINGO

AMIGOS DEL FOOTBALL:
My partners' group spoke about inclusive schools. I think it is important because everybody have the same rights and possibilities of going to school and have a normal life. In addition, as well shown in the videos of the project, one of the most important things is the respect for individuality and develop the emotional and social skills in children. the world is nothing if not we promote respect for others and equality. The participation of the family in education is also important. I liked very much spoken language of signs in schools, because it seems to me a great idea. However, schools inclusive not only speaks of sign language, they should include all those facilities that we provide and may be useful to make life easier for people with difficulties.

CRÓNICAS VIAJERAS:
Our project was "ICT and Learning Disabilities". For me, it has been a really interesting and important project, because I have learnt many things that I didn't know. We spoke about Autism, Down Syndrome and motor disabilities and how new technologies can help people who have these difficulties and make their lifes better. We defined a bit each difficultie and we showed some videos speaking about that. I think it is very important to know and understand these difficulties and all the rest that exist in the worl because we must helpand integrate the people who suffer them to make their life easier and better. They are people like everyone. I have learnt how much the techonology can help them. The instruments that are good for them are tablets and computers and also many apps and games. All these things help them to relate with other people, have fun, grow up their imagination, etc. It is good for them to use it at school. As all the students use them, they will feel also too much integrated in school and education and they can learn in a better way.
For people with motor disabilities, such as deaf or blind people, there are many resources, like apps that can tell the lesson, the activities or whatever by audio for them to have the same opportunities than the rest, it can also show it by letters, etc. It existis braile's books and sign languages lessons, etc. And also for people who have problems to move, there are different apps and games that can simulate the human's body and make them feel like if they were walking for example, they can also make some movements to develop their skills, it also exist some chips and robots that make them move with no difficulties, etc.

MODERN STUDENTS:
Their topic was "mediation". It is one of the most important things we have to develop and promote in schools, because children must know how to solve problems in a non-agresive way and respecting everybody. The first cause of problems is the diversity, which sometimes makes appears bullying, exclusion and violence. One way of solving it is wtih a intermediary, in a preventive and repaire way and the values that it must shows are confidentiallity, personal intervention and willingness. It doesn't exist only one person to be a mediator, mediator can be pupils, teachers and employed non-teaching staff. There is a program of ways of living together in schools, and it is called "Program to support peers". This program tries to find the problems and the solution to them, promote coexistence, stop abuse and foster direct participation.
The video showed the peers support, in which students explained that we must give help to the rest when they are in trouble, and we have to look at the eyes, speak in first person and respect them. It is very important to raise awareness pupils about it because they have to know how to solve problems in a good and respectful way.
They explained the archeology of feelings in school, which is a metaphor to look and find the problem, investigate it and find a solution.

UNKNOWNS:
They spoke about inclusive schools, what is very important nowadays for the education, to give the same oportunities to everybody.
I like a lot the video of school Padre Piquer school, which project was to make an school in La ventilla hood, where there is a difficult social situation which is an agreement between the Jesuits and the obra social Caja Madrid with the aim to bring a quality education to people more vulnerable, those with more social difficulties, and that their economic situation is not that defines their academic success. The school has students from twenty-seven different nationalities and poverty. It was a traditional education, with great diversity of students and created classroom cooperative multitasking. They are intended to encourage cooperative learning, multi-tasking, and the cooperative work of the teachers with a participative methodology based on learning by projects, the involvement of students in their learning and changing the role of teachers, who are not alone in the classroom.
They showed us another school, called Sadako School, which is based on learning by doing, the cooperative learning and the use of technology. I like a lot a sentence of one of the teachers, who said that what they want most is that students will be kind and happy people.
These two schools are very interesting and I like them a lot. They are really inclusive schools and their methodology is really good.

WANDERLUST
They spoke about social and emotional learning. They started the project speaking about the idea of Rafael Bisquerra, who defends that it must be another subject in schools because it is as important as language and mathematics and it will help students to know how they feel and prevent negative emotions, etc. They showed us how they will integrate this idea in a school, where they will speak with students about how they feel.  I like a lot their idea of promote "the emotional intelligence week", to look how students would feel in different situations.
They also wanted to promote the cooperative learning by stopping bullying making students know how they partners feel when they suffer bullying. It is very important and I think it is a good way to reduce bullying, because children have to be empathic and must respect everbody. They wanted to promote also the empathy of children by doing different activities such as "walk in my shoes" where students must be in the situation of their partners when they have a problem and know how they feel.

DUMBLEDORE
This group project is related with María's project. They spoke about "leadership".
They spoke about the characteristics of a good leader which are trust, he or she must be trust by the other and trust the others, innovation, recognition by the others, etc. A good leader have to respond to the needs of the rest and be a good example of a good person. He or she has to show values to the others, like respect, confidence, empathy, etc. to trust him or her.
A leadership is very important for school because it creates a good behaviour among students, effective teaching and learning, a good student self-discipline and greater cooperation. The existence of a leader doesn't mean that this person is more important thant the others, it is only a quetion of organization and good convivence between all the members of a group.
This project was very interesting even they didn't have enough time to explain it and their ideas.

TEAM PERK
They spoke about ICT and improvement school, where we can use apps, Ipods and robotic. But to have these tools at school includes formed teachers. We have to keep in  mind that nowadays children are digital natives and sometimes teachers are scared about new techologies so they have to give different courses in order to learn how to use it.
We must know how to integrate technology in education. One way it can be interesting the use of social networks and with that we can create a better relationship, but we have to be cared about the vertical ones, which are better, and the horizontal ones, which manipulate them.
With these technologies, children can be autodidactic with some tools such as "edmodo", wikis, blogspot, etc. where they can share information, photos, posts, videos... We have to promote also the diversity and critical thinking skills, for them to use it in a correct way.
The use of apps in classroom is very important for them to learn in a funny and motivated way. There are also some apps, like eduapp, where they can create an app and upload and it is really good for a class. They can revew content of the different subjects, homework, etc.

MUSICAL CHAIRS
Their topic was "Community learning". In this way, the educational community is created by teachers, students and volunteers, and they have to attend to different requirements: colaboration, cooperation, coordination and comunication.
On the one hand, we have to keep in mind that the teacher is not the only person who has the knowledge, he or she must be a guide to guide students to create their own knowledge. The teacher must give them help, motivation, etc.
On the other hand, volunteers share their knowledge by experiences. In that way, students learn not only content, they learn values too, such as diversity, respect, empathy... They have to cooperate with teacher to get the best of their students.
With this methodology we create a dynamic, interesting and funny education, and we offer motivation to the students too.

CONCLUSSION:

I liked a lot these projects because I have learnt something different from all of them. I have increase my knowledge and I have feel really motivated with all the projects. With that, we have to aware us about how important is the inclussion of everybody in the education and it doesn't mindo their social position, nationality or disabilites, he important thing is that all of us merit the same opportunities. Another thing I have learnt is how important are new technologies in school, to help student to create their own knowledge and help them to have a better life.

PROJECT SCHOOL ORGANIZATION TO IMPROVE SCHOOLS - Zuleika Vargas Pereira

This last work on the subject was very short but interesting. Despite having little time to do it, the teams did it very well and were able to count things curious and creative.

My partners “AMIGOS DEL FOTBALL” was the first group that speak. They talked about inclusive schools, although we talked this issue before in organization and in other subjects, have been able to explain it quite clearly and have added new concepts. In addition, another group also speaks on this subject, THE UNKNOWNS.
For me, the concept of inclusion is broader than the integration since it is related to the nature of education and the school. It brings with it a particular community students learn together, regardless of their personal, social or cultural conditions.
The inclusive school, as Stainback, is the process by which is offered to all children, regardless of ability, race or any other difference, the opportunity to continue to be members of the ordinary class and learn from peers, and with them in the classroom also commented on something that also this agree: schools should ask in interviews each teacher skills to take into account the experience of each one and how solve the problems to have a class where everyone feel part of it.
To prove his theories, we have taught two videos, both are recorded in different schools: Amara Berri School and Pelouro School, where carry out this type of methodology so that all children feel good about themselves, so that they can express themselves as they are without any kind of discrimination or exclusion in classes or at school.
The other group, the unknowns, we showed a video about father Piquer school; this school was a campaign that wanted to help the most needy. The College is located in an area where there is much social, cultural and economic difference and wanted to open a school with the intention of helping these people and create an inclusive education different from the others. Its objective is that children learn in the best way possible; helping their companions, with a cooperative learning, with respect to persons other than them, among others. To do this, sought for a long time qualified for this type of teaching, teachers what they call: "classroom cooperative multi-tasking", where are trying to develop multi-tasking, project learning and helping children to create their own learning, therefore also the teachers help among them, having more than one class.
In conclusion, I can say that inclusive classrooms are a method that should be implemented in all schools without important where you are or the kind of methodology that want to employ. Children should feel part of the school, without discrimination, bullying or any other problem of acceptance.

The following team was TEAM PERK, speaking on ITC and improvement. They began teaching a video where we show as new technologies, such as all are treated as we know, it is a method that is beginning to be implemented all over the world and which, overall, has given very good results. Although they exist disadvantages (as with everything new), the advantages of these devices feature have helped children feel part of a group, without being excluded and in addition, it has given very good results for children with hyperactivity or concentration problems, as well as for disabled children.
They also talked about the importance of training teachers, both the current and which are yet to come, because it is not having the latest technology models if you don't know to use or make good use of classroom. In addition, if a teacher is qualified for this type of teaching, transmitted to children and parents the importance of technology, especially in view of the future.
With this we can conclude that they talked about the different social networks and applications that exist in the world of education with these new technologies, and that not only the tablet or the digital displays are also important but that Robotics is opening a long way in the branches of technology.

MODERN STUDENTS, on the other hand, spoke about ways of living together in the school.
This work was divided into several parts: the first talked about the school mediation, explaining how occur problems such as bullying, exclusion and violence in classes and children in general. The school mediation responds with two different ways, the prevention and remedying of damage or the intervention of people on this issue. I think that to solve these problems, both teachers and children and parents must intervene in the situation since parents are the most responsible for the acts and behavior of his son. Also parents and educators have to teach values and strategies to solve the problems which arise in any situation.
The part that most interested me was a book that made reference. This book, by what I understood, he was referring to archaeology as a metaphor for how solve problems that may occur in schools. In this book, each chapter it talks about different States. The first excavation which seeks what the problem is and that it has emerged, second inquiry where explains you which is the relationship of the people at the school, i.e., students- teacher, teacher- teacher, student- student; always taking into account the family forming a hierarchy within the school. Then, discovery, done refers to the emotional education of the student. Protection, which is the last point, we can see that you can change to improve the college, for example, the values. And finally, exposure explaining that if the method you used to combat this problem goes well in your class, as a teacher you have the moral duty to share it with coworkers, so other teachers practice it in their classes.

WANDERLUST this group explained an important in the college point and something of which knew that it existed, but I wasn't sure what it was called or of how it was. Its theme was social and emotional learning. Sara, Belén and Miguel gave great importance to this issue, explaining the why should establish itself as a subject more and help children to know what they feel and control their emotions. On the one hand I agree, but on the other hand seems a little exaggerated to give the same importance to language or mathematics. Is clear that children must learn that they are emotions, how to control them and above all how to express them, but I think that this kind of task and procedure can be done in early childhood education, and if we see that the child to suffered some trauma, trouble family or simply costing much behave in certain ways in certain situations, we would suggest them to parents this kind of support to help their children to be better with themselves and with others.
Therefore, also teach us the importance of teachers and parents on this issue, being two people should engage in the relationship with your children and how they make you see the world how they feel.
They also talked about multiple intelligences, giving importance to the intrapersonal, which helps you to know yourself, see your skills, your strengths, and above all your feelings. For this, they also gave importance to the interpersonal, talking about cooperative learning. They explained that to develop your feelings and show it to others, this type of learning method is the best, so the children can see how they feel in a group, as they behave in different situations...
Above all, the most important is that children respect, to be put in the shoes of others, who feel that another child can feel at the moment.

MUSICAL CHAIRS.
Although we could not see the presentation of this group, they explained in his blog his subject with the concept map and its video.
This group speak on community learning. What does it mean? Community learning is the coordination in the classroom between teachers, students and volunteers. Through this method is trying to see that schools are not something isolated to society but that is proportionally related to everything that is happening. For this they are volunteers, referred to above. These people are dedicated to give talks to children are aware of what is happening in the world. They do not necessarily have to have training, but they must be experts on the subject will expose for possible discussions or questions.
Volunteers must have a certain relationship with teachers and students, i.e., collaborate, communicate, cooperate and coordinate in such a way that the information reaches the correct.
This process has three sentences. The first is called Dream, at this stage, all possibilities of improvement for the Center are intended (methodologies, classroom...)
The second phase is called priorities where they select the best proposals, the most necessary or feasible that help us to relate to reality.
The third "working community" puts into practice the different solutions to the difficulties that can be found.

DUMBLENDORE TEACHER´S ARMY. This group speak about the Leadership. Although there are many factors to make a school work properly, the leadership that people exercise at the centers is one of the main reasons.

Why is important leadership for schools? Yes, I think it is important because all Centre must have a leader who check and take track of everything that happens. In addition, people must be guided by someone greater who set rules and laws. This leader must be the people who have the solutions for almost all problems that may occur or, at least, know who seek to solve them.
What are the characteristics for a good leader? For me, the most important characteristics for a good leader are communication: a leader must know to express what you think, make known their point of view, and try to reach agreements with people’s member of the group and how to act in every situation. Confidence: a leader has to convey confidence that people are given to talk to him, to tell him the problems, ask for help. Enthusiasm: a leader must see motivated, interested in the subject, it should always be positive and hope for the best of each. Responsible for: a leader has to face for others; you have to be an organized person, carrying things a day and be responsible for all the activities must comply with.

Finally, we speak of my work, of CRONICAS VIAJERAS. We talk about ICT and learning disabilities, about the importance of technology in the schools to include people with disabilities or with any problem.
We focus on exposing problems such as Down's syndrome, autism, and motor disabilities, since they are the ones we believe that more aid has provided technology. We have sought information and videos about this theme and the variety of ways that we have found ourselves impressed much. Different devices as digital blackboards, tablets, mobile, camera, pictograms or robots are those who have found more useful explain why those who are actually, proven scientifically, work.

Measures to be considered that we explained in our presentation will allow that persons with disabilities are trained and to have access to technological development and occupy the place that corresponds to them in making decisions that affect their lives: a new world with greater technological potential than before, helping children feel included in classes and reducing the differences that exist between them.

As conclusion I can say that all these issues are necessary to treat us if we want to perform an ideal school, a society where we accept all and that all schools are trained for the operation. Makes us realize the importance of technologies, the inclusion of different people (disability, nationality...) and of the qualities that must be a good teacher or a good leader to carry this out in the best possible way. It also shows us that a school has to be integrated in society, which can not be somewhat isolated.
